Rouge Restaurants

You all probably heard of this new series which aired on BBC Thursday 31st, Rouge Restaurants. We have some mixed views about this but mostly good.

They have done the right thing in trying to get restaurants to up there game and realise that they are serving people food at the end of the day, and they need to make sure they do it right. What scared us was that these places that were on the show had been in trouble with the Health inspectors before and on many occasions and had not been shut down - what is that all about?

Production wise, why did they have make it look like something out of CSI Miami... Come on BBC, you could give it a bit more class and style and the crowds will really listen and maybe even the restaurants.

After all the moaning... We thinks its great, we have always done our best to achieve high standard and its really important. We always say, 'Dirty kitchen, dirty food', so all you other restaurants out there, step up your game and get deep cleaning, otherwise expect a visit from Agent Matt Allright...

Leave us you comments about bad experiences you have had with dirty restaurants.
